Here is a collective list of the primary resources that can be used throughout the course of a club year. These are items that have been created from scratch and we hope that they can be of use to those wanting to start similar projects. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Palala Girls Club:
- VAST Proposal 2008 (doc, 522kb): Proposal submitted to receive PEPFAR funding through a VAST Grant
- VAST Final Report 2007 (doc, 327kb): Format for final report upon completion of a VAST project (e.g. PGC club year 2007)
- Commitment Contract (doc, 54kb): Leader contract outlining goals and expectations for the club
- Logo (jpg, 50kb): Graphic and text that is used in all publications and documents
- Community Contributions (pub, 182kb): Chart to document community contributions (e.g. leader hours, community hall use, etc.)
- Third-Party Contributions (pub, 155kb): Chart to document third-party contributions (e.g. prizes, magazine donations, etc.)
- Discussion Topics (pub, 155kb): Outline of club year with a list of weekly lesson topics and craft projects
- Directory (pub, 47kb): Example directory of club members including name, nickname, grade and birthday. Also used to record attendance.
- Member Guidelines (pub, 106kb): Guidelines and policies to hold the club members accountable for their participation
- School Flyer (pub, 71kb): A sign hung on doors and inside classrooms to remind girls of club
- Student Council Guidelines (pub, 102kb): Expectations for the club-nominated Student Council
- Student Council Responsibilities (pub, 107kb): List of responsibilities given to the Student Council to assist the club leaders
